Classsic Jerk hot off of the grill. REWIND! Let’s start with the marinade. We use only HALAL chicken with fresh herbs and we roast our spices toss in fresh citrus and allow to marinade for twelve hours. Then we toss on hot grill. Drenched in our signature grill spray before smoking to perfection . Served with grilled onions and peppers for a proper plate. Served with legs, thighs and wings.
